Our unique program at Prime Performance and Wellness is meticulously crafted to develop well-rounded athletes. Our expert coaches focus on seven key movements: Press, Row, Hinge, Squat, Brace, Carry, and Crawl. Each class begins with a 30-minute session dedicated to enhancing mobility, speed, and agility. Following this, athletes spend the next 30 minutes in the weight room, concentrating on building strength.


What We Do?


Understanding the importance of injury prevention, every class includes at least a 10-minute comprehensive warm-up, targeting the entire body. Our daily routines vary, with some days emphasizing lateral movements and others focusing on linear motion. This diversity in training, from explosiveness to mobility, ensures that no two days are the same. We instill versatility in our athletes, believing it to be a cornerstone of superior athletic performance. Our goal is to ensure athletes master all seven movements, promoting their health and excellence in their respective sports.
